Musician D4vd Allegedly Identified as Person of Interest in Fatal Case of Youngster Found in Tesla

The artist known as D4vd has been named as a individual under scrutiny in the tragic passing of Celeste Rivas, a young girl who vanished and was later found deceased inside the artist's Tesla car in September, based on police.

Finding of the Deceased

The deteriorated remains of Rivas, aged fifteen, was located in the fall inside the front trunk of a black Tesla owned by D4vd, whose actual name is David Anthony Burke. The automobile had been issued a violation in a Hollywood area and afterwards impounded at a tow yard in the city.

Timeline of Incidents

Authorities suspect that Rivas probably passed away in the earlier part of the year, adding that D4vd had likely helped in dismembering and getting rid of the remains. This artist has refused to cooperate in the probe, according to a official representative.

The teenager Rivas was first declared missing from a city 60 miles from Los Angeles in April 2024. The corpse was eventually found in the singer's Tesla after employees at a towing company alerted a powerful odor originating from the car.

Probe and Official Comments

The cause of death has still not been identified, but the coroner's office commented that Rivas “appears to have been dead inside the vehicle for an prolonged time before being discovered.” Law enforcement are treating her demise as a homicide.

Background on the Singer

This Houston-born singer had been issued a citation in the Los Angeles neighborhood just less than two weeks before Rivas was found in the automobile, after overstaying the 72-hour parking limit. Neighbors in the area reported that the Tesla had been parked in the neighborhood for over a month.

Rivas's brother revealed that the household was aware that Rivas had a connection to the artist and that she was on her way to watch a film with him just before she disappeared.

D4vd, spoken as “David,” is a NY-native singer-songwriter known for the popular songs “Romantic Homicide” and “Here With Me.” The artist and his agent were living at a Los Angeles home in the Los Angeles neighborhood in September, as stated by the home's owner, until authorities entered the property.

D4vd has signed with music companies. He was engaged in a concert series at the moment Rivas's remains were found, but called off those appearances subsequent to the finding of Rivas's body.
